The Warriors are taking part in their annual road trip to warmer climes to take part in this prestigious event. MHTS will keep you posted on the Warriors progress all week long.
Adamczyk, a right hander, rode a biting breaking pitch and well spotted fast ball, together with some very solid Whitesboro defense to a perfect game thru the first four innings of play.

(Ronnie Adamczyk delivers third inning strike).
After Adamczyk set down the Bulldogs 1-2-3 in the top of the first, the Warriors (2-2) jumped on Kenmore East (1-3)starting pitcher Matt Dunne in the home half of the first inning when Sullivan led off with a sharp single and stole second base on the very next pitch.
After a walk to Brendan Heitz and a pop out by Connor Passalaqua, junior Ryan Watson stepped in and drove a one out, two RBI single to left, scoring Sullivan and Heitz to give Whitesboro a 2-0 advantage, which is the way we'd go to the second.
Kenmore was hitless again in the top of the second and the boys in blue went right back to work in the bottom half of inning number 2.
Vin Barbato led things off with a single and went to second on a balk. Dylan Gorski then reached on an error, which also scored Barbato.

(Whitesboro's Mike Sullivan (7) slides safely into third and under the tag of Kenmore East third baseman Zach Smith (14). It was Sullivan's third stolen base of the game.)
Alec Brindisi then moved Gorski to second with a perfect sacrifice bunt. With a runner at second Sullivan nailed a single to right field, scoring Gorski and putting the Warriors up 3-0.
Sullivan then stole second and third putting a duck on the pond for Passalaqua, who grounded to second, scoring Sullivan to make it 5-0, which is the way the second would come to a close.
Adamczyk was truly making it look easy, setting down Kenmore East's 7th, 8th and 9th hitters in order, making it nine up and nine down thru the first three innings.
After a scoreless home half of the third, Adamczyk made it 12 in row, getting the top three Bulldogs batters in the visitors half of the fourth inning as well.

(Whitesboro's Ryan Watson (11) watches his first inning single in front of Kenmore East catcher Jordan Heim (6).)
Whitesboro's 6th run came in the bottom half of the fourth inning when Brindisi singled to start things off. Mike Sullivan's third hit of the ball game put runners at first and second with nobody out.
Brendan Heitz delivered a and RBI single to score Brindisi from second. The Warriors were held scoreless after that.
Kenmore East finally broke the ice against Adamczyk in the top of the 5th inning with consecutive two out singles by Zach Smith and Jordan Wainright to break up the no hit bid.
Jeff Steinborn grounded to shortstop for an inning ending 6-4 fielder's choice to end the Kenmore threat. Jordan Heim would collect Kenmore East's 3rd hit of the game in the top of the 7th inning, but it was too little to late as Adamczyk struck out Zach Smith to end the game and give the Warriors a 6-0 win.
Next up for Whitesboro is another New York State foe, Westhill, on Tuesday afternoon. Westhill was defeated 9-2 by Elmira Southside in the opening game of the Mingo.
