Adirondack Bank Partners with My Hometown Sports

To Present the 12th Man Award Program

Every sport has a "12th Man".  That person isn't necessarily a player or a coach, but someone who supports the team without the need for recognition.

It could be the fan who never misses a game, or maybe the person who maintains the field out of the goodness of his heart so that the kids have a place to play.

Adirondack Bank is proud to support programs for children.  That's why we are teaming up with My Hometown Sports to introduce the 12th Man Program.

Every month, a new 12th Man will be chosen from nominations and recognized for his or her accomplishments, but we need your help!

12th man letter-please read

( Could this Camden Blue Devil mascot be a 12th man?)

You know better than anyone who that local here is  -  a man or a woman who goes the extra mile, above and beyond the call of duty. Someone who helps our children to learn, grow, and have fun.

This is our opportunity to show the 12th Man that he or she has the profound gratitude of our entire community.

( Could the big crowd at the stadium in Rome be the 12th man?)

Please spread the word, tell us your stories and most importantly, nominate your choice(s) for the 12th Man.  There are ballot boxes in all of the Oneida and Herkimer County branches of Adirondack Bank

You can also send a letter (185 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501 Attention Kim Sullivan) or an e-mail (
ksullivan@adirondackbank.com).

( Will some New Hartford Spartans fan be a 12th man?)

Nomination forms are also available through the My Hometown Sports website

Help us to honor an unsung hero.  Thank you for helping make a difference.
