Coaches, parents and fans of the grey and blue should be proud. The team was nominated by John Gerace. Thanks for the heads up John and congratulations on a great season form MHTS and CNY Awards & Apparel.
Submitted by John Gerace:
Our Westmoreland Little League team Olney’s Photo had an undefeated season 17-0. There are only two teams in Westmoreland and we inter play with Clinton’s (4) teams, Oriskany’s (4) teams, and North Utica’s (2) teams.
I was very pleased in the way our team played this season; we had a team batting average of .393 and a earn run average under 3. Our team leaders in hitting were Chris Falcone (.577), Matt Falcone (.512), John Gerace (.468), and Tim Harrison (.462). In my opinion our pitching won a lot of our games; between Chris Falcone and John Gerace they were the winning pitchers in most of our games.
